Demolition in Bombolulu area

Description

A house was demolished today in Bombululu near the Ziwa la Ngombe primary school. the house was demolished under the supervisio n of Kenya Police despite a pending court case in Mombasa law Courts. This demolition is believed to be over a contested piece of land over which the semi permanent house was constructed. The alleged owner ( A Local businessman of Somali Origin) with the help of police sanctioned the demolition. This comes even after the now Regional Commissioner Marwa had issued assurances that no other eviction and demolition shall be done in Mombasa.
