Night fire ravages a house in Soko Mjinga area, destroying property of unknown value.

Description

At around 2000Hrs, a fire broke out in one homestead Soko Mjinga area that was allegedly caused by an electric fault. Residents in the area worked with the owners of the building to put out the fire, however lack of proper fire fighting equipment hindered their efforts. The fire led to the destruction of some parts of the house and also destroying electronic devices and appliances of unknown value. No human injuries were reported. Police are conducting investigations to establish the actual cause of the fire.
