Tension in Kipini after a herd of about 200 cattle are hoarded by away from farms after invasion

Description

There has been tension in Kipini after a herd of about 200 cattles were carefully hoarded away from farmers after destroying some crops late yesternight by members of the resource management committee. The cattle have been driven to the Kipini Police station for further action to be taken.

The herders are feared to be planning to rescue their cattle and flee from the area without reparations to the farmers
