Al shabaab militia sighted in Fafi, Garissa County.

Description

At about 1000Hrs on April 22nd 2019, local herders sighted about 15 armed Al- shabaab militants heading towards River Tana. The militants were in possession of sacks suspected to be IEDs and AK47 rifles.
It is believed that the militants could be planning to carry out attacks against security establishments and telecommunications masts or lay IEDs along the roads.
