Notorious criminal arrested by Mob in Kisimani

Kennedy a notorious criminal with a bandage on his head was spotted at Kisimani shop armed with a hammer and a knife at a round 2am in the morning. The local residents called the police at Nyali police station and they responded immediately and he was arrested.
