Corrupt village elder

The newly appointed village elder of Matangini area namely Maina is so corrupt. He is asking the women who are selling mnazi brew to pay some cash assisted by balozi namely Ali Sulubu.Last week Maina was caught ready handed asking for money from the women and the citizen took action by beating him up. The citizen said they will deal with them accordingly.
