Rowdy youth passing through Mlango wa Papa

Description

A group of around 10 youth have been seen passing through Mlango wa papa area in Old town, These youth are suspected to be planning to attack an area. They are armed with walking stick and considered dangerous. They are now at the Pijot Place.
