A thief has been apprehended andf beaten up by the public at Mtopanga, The thief by the name MICHAEL (MICK) is from Mlaleo. He was caught after leading a gang to steal from Francis Mazushi ( His black berry was Mugged), and Denis Musyaka a who was mugged KES 2800/=. The thief was later taken by pfficers from the Bamburi Police Station
