Bhang Hotspots raided by community policing in Mtopanga

Description

The areas are safe but today at two a.m in the morning, two youth from Barsheba who had come to buy bhang at Mtopanga area were stopped by community policing and senta way. The community policing guys also raided bhang hotspots.
